Returns, exchanges and refunds

Return or exchange any product within 7 days if the box is still sealed. We collect it free and refund within 7 working days.

7-day returns

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery or pickup, as long as the box is still sealed and unopened. Message us on WhatsApp or call us with your order number and we arrange it.

We collect it for free

We pick the item up from you anywhere in the UAE at no cost. You can also bring it to our office in Al Raffa, Dubai.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model, colour or size? We exchange it within 7 days if the box is still sealed. If the new item costs more or less, you pay or we refund the difference.

Faulty on arrival

If a product is faulty when it arrives, tell us within 7 days and we replace it or refund you in full, even if the box has been opened. After 7 days, faults are covered by the official UAE warranty of the brand (Apple, Lenovo, HP and others), and we help you with the claim.

Refunds

We refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Card payments are refunded to the same card. Cash on delivery payments are refunded by bank transfer, or in cash at our office.

What we can’t take back

Opened products that are not faulty, and products damaged after delivery.
