What we collect when you order or make an account, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, email (optional), emirate and delivery address, and what you ordered. If you make an account: your email, a scrambled (hashed) password or your Google sign-in, saved delivery details and your saved cart.

Why

Only to deliver your order, contact you about it, send your order confirmation, and keep records required by UAE law (for example VAT invoices). We don’t sell your details or send you marketing without asking.

Cookies and your browser

Your cart is kept in your own browser. If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. We count page visits without tracking cookies.

Payments

When card payment is available, it is handled by our payment provider (Paymob). We never see or store your card number.

Your choices

Ask us on WhatsApp or by phone to see, correct or delete your details or your account. We reply within 7 days.
